Hicollector in cooperation with Pearlridge center will host a two-day fan convention titled the Pop-Culture Expo. This will be a mini-convention aimed at featuring Hawaii’s unique pop culture scene. The theme of the show is ” A celebration of all fandoms.”
This will be a FREE family fun event scheduled on both sides of the mall (Mauka and Makai). Local Cosplayer groups featuring characters from Star Wars, Marvel, DC Comics, Disney and other popular genres will be at the show to take pictures and interact with the crowds. In addition, local artists from Hawaii Comic Book Alliance, Mana Comics and others will be available for autographs and a meet and greet.
Free events are also scheduled during the event for the public to participate. As well as 25-30 local vendors with pop-related merchandise for sale. We welcome all collectors, enthusiasts, newbies and their families!
